The half term has been filled with numerous activities starting from The World Peace Day marked on the 21st of September 2016 and The World Literacy day marked on 28th September 2016.

On Friday 30th September, the staff and students were decked in their traditional attires in commemoration of the 56th Independent anniversary celebration also on that day, the Vocational department bade one of their staff (Mr. Tobi Adekugbe) farewell on his transfer to another school.

On Saturday September 17th , the school supported one of the students (Tejiri Emore) in organizing a cancer awareness walk. The walk started from the school to the Lekki-Ikoyi toll bridge and back to the school.

On the 6th of October, the school marked the 19th Founder’s Day Anniversary Service & Prize-Giving Ceremony which had as Distinguished Guest of Honour, Engr. (Mrs.) Joanna Maduka, (1st Female President, The Nigerian Academy Of Engineering). Various prizes and awards were given to deserving staff and students.

The Students’ Representative Council (S.R.C.) held elections on Thursday 13th of October 2016.

Their induction will come up later.

The final activity for the Half term was the Parents’ forum and Open house which took place on Friday 21st October 2016. The school proceeded on a week mid-term break the same day.
